Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Oh So Nola-May

Every order at Oh So Nola-May is handled with care, and we are here to support you if something isn't quite right. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are able to accept returns within 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we will be unable to assist with a return, refund, or exchange. We recommend taking photographs of your packaged item before opening if you suspect there may be damage.

 

Eligibility for refunds/exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. No refund will be offered on sale items.

Exchanges

Please let us know if you wish to exchange your item. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Exchanges are on a like-for-like basis. If the product that you are returning is no longer available, we will replace it with something of similar value, as close in description to the original product as possible. Send an email to mailto:customerservice@ohsonola-may.co.uk with a brief description of the product and reason for returning. It is helpful to include pictures of any damage at this point.

Shipping

  • Please send any returns to 4 McCarthy Drive, St Stephen, Cornwall, PL26 7EE.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an item that you paid a postage fee for, this will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note: we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend using a postal service that includes tracking and/or insurance.

Exempt goods

Personalised items will only be accepted if they are damaged, or if the personalisation does not match that which was entered on the website at the time of ordering. We strongly advise that you double check all spelling before submitting your order.

Service

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to inform you of our decision on how to proceed. If you are eligible for a refund, this will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days. If for some reason we decide that you are not eligible for a refund, we will inform you of our reasoning and discuss any alternative resolutions. In the event of an exchange being issued, we will make sure that you are happy with the replacement product and aim to send this out within 3 working days.

Late or missing refunds/exchanges

In the unlikely event that you have not received your refund or exchange within 10 working days, please send an email to mailto:customerservice@ohsonola-may.co.uk or call us on 07852 418174. We recommend getting in touch with your bank or card provider in the first instance, but will be happy to help if they haven't been able to confirm the refund.

 

We aim to provide products and service of the highest standard. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch so that we can put things right.
